General 2 — BKurta Photography

Disclaimers: BKurta Photography LLC is a licensed business. Contracts will be required to be signed for all events. Deposits required for all events and sessions over two hours. Prices are subject to taxes. Payments can be made through electronic payment services or cash. At this time, credit card payments are not accepted. No RAW  images will be shared under any circumstances. Photographer owns all rights to the photos. By booking, client (and if an event, attendees) grant Brianna Wiggins, as the photographer, permission to share photos captured in advertising and promotion of services (unless otherwise agreed upon). Experience level and product samples have been provided as to form a reasonable expectation of services.
